2. About RouteManager

RouteManager is an automation CRM designed for WhatsApp Business API.
We provide tools for:

  • Message automation
  • Bot workflows
  • CRM & contact management
  • Ecommerce integrations
  • AI assistant features
  • Campaign management

We do not provide unofficial WhatsApp services.

3. Account Registration

To use RouteManager, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security
  • Keeping login credentials confidential
  • All activity under your account

If we detect abuse or policy violations, we may suspend or terminate your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

4.1 Paid Plans

RouteManager offers monthly and yearly subscription plans.

By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees
  • Allow automatic recurring billing
  • Keep your payment method valid

4.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be offered only in special cases.

4.3 Price Changes

We may update plan pricing. Changes will be announced in advance.

5. Use of WhatsApp Business API

You must follow:

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to NOT use RouteManager for:

  • Spam or unsolicited messaging
  • Fraud or impersonation
  • Abusive or illegal content
  • Selling restricted products
  • Automations that violate WhatsApp rules
  • Hacking, reverse engineering, or abusing the platform

Violations may lead to immediate account termination without refund.

7. Data & Privacy

We collect and process data according to our Privacy Policy.
You own your content and contacts.
We do not sell your data.

You grant us permission to process data for:

  • Message delivery
  • Automation
  • CRM operations
  • API communication (Meta, BSPs, etc.)

8. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime, but we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service
  • No downtime or unexpected errors
  • Perfect operation of WhatsApp/META APIs

Maintenance, server issues, or third-party failures may affect performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

RouteManager is not liable for:

  • Loss of business or profits
  • WhatsApp bans or restrictions
  • Errors caused by third-party providers
  • Data loss from user actions
  • API downtime from Meta or hosting providers

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 30 days.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Abuse the platform
  • Use WhatsApp API improperly
  • Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination:

  • Your access will be removed
  • Data may be deleted after 30 days

You may cancel your subscription anytime.

11. Intellectual Property

All RouteManager:

  • Code
  • Brand assets
  • Designs
  • Content
  • Features

are protected by copyright and may not be copied, modified, or resold.

12. Third-Party Services

RouteManager integrates with:

  • WhatsApp Business API
  • Meta services
  • Hosting platforms
  • Payment providers

We are not responsible for their performance or policies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless otherwise required.

14. Updates to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of RouteManager means you accept the updated version.
